To apply for a lease you will generally need a valid form of identification, proof of income such as recent pay stubs or bank statements, and rental history information. Our leasing team reviews each application individually and will guide you through every requirement so the process feels clear and stress-free.
Utility arrangements vary by floor plan and lease agreement. Some homes include certain utilities in the rent while others are billed separately. Our leasing team will provide a full breakdown of included and separate costs before you sign, so there are never surprises about your monthly expenses.
